Only in exceptions the full IP address will be transmitted to a server of google in the USA and reduced there.

The IP address of the browser from the user will be not merged together with other data. The users can prevent the storage of the cookies through a corresponding setting of their browser software; furthermore the user can prevent the recording of the data which is produced due to the cookie and obtained to the use of the online offer from google and the processing through google by download and install the browser plugin on this website: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

  • Google re/marketing services

We use the marketing and remarketing services (short ”google-marketing-services”) from google inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, (“Google”).

The google-marketing-services allows us to show our ads for us and on our website more aimed to show our users only the ads which are potentially interesting for them. If users get showed ads for products which had interested them on another website you talk about “remarketing”. For this purpose a code through google will be exported if you call our or another website on which google-marketing is active and the so called (re)marketing tags (invisible graphics or a code, also called “web beacons)will be integrated in the website. With their help an individual cookie, this means a little file, will be saved on the advice of the user (instead of a cookie it can be used comparable technologies). The cookies can be placed from different domains inter alia from google.com, doubleclick.net, invitemedia.com, admeld.com, googlesyndication.com or googleadservice.com. In this file will be noted which websites the user visits, which content the user is interested in and which offers he had clicked, also technical information’s of the browser and the operating system, referring websites, visiting time and further information’s about the use of the online offer. The IP address of the user is recorded whereby we have toll tell according to google analytics that the IP address will be reduced within the European Union or in other signatories to the agreement on the European economic area and only in exceptions the full IP address will be transmitted to a server of google in the USA and reduced there. The IP address is not merged together with other data of the user within other offers from google. This preceding information’s can be merged together with such information’s from other sources. When the user subsequent visits other websites, ads according to his interests can be showed.

The data of the user will be processed pseudonym within the google marketing services. That means google doesn’t save and process for example the Name or the email address of the user but they process the relevant data cookie obtained within the pseudonym user profile. From the point of view of google the ads are not managed for a concrete identified person but for a cookie holder, independent of whom the cookie holder is. This doesn’t apply when the user allows google explicit that they can process the data without the pseudonymization. The information’s of the user collected from “DoubleClick” will be transmitted to google and saved on google servers in the USA.

To the used google marketing services belongs inter alia the online advertising program “google AdWords”. In the case of google AdWords every customer gets another “Conversion-Cookie”. Therefore cookies cannot be retraced over the website of AdWords customers. The with the help of cookies caught up information’s serve to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers which decided conversion tracking. The AdWords customers get to know the total number of users which clicked on their offer and get forwarded to a website with a conversion tracking tag. But they don’t get any personal information’s of the user.

We integrate third ads on the base of the google marketing service “DoubleClick”. DoubleClick uses cookies which allow google and their partner websites to show ads on the base of the visit from the users on this website or rather on other websites in the internet.

We integrate third ads on the base of the google marketing service “AdSense”. AdSense uses cookies which allow google and their partner websites to show ads on the base of the visit from the users on this website or rather on other websites in the internet.

Furthermore we use the google marketing service “Google Tag Manager” which helps us to integrate further google analysis and marketing services in our website ( for example “AdWords”, “DoubleClick” or “Google analytics”).

You can see the list and the look of the Facebook social plugins here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.

When a user calls a function of this website which contains one of the plugins, his device builds a direct connection to the servers of Facebook. That means with the help of Facebook-pixels we want to guarantee that our Facebook ads comply with the potential interest of our users and don’t bother. With help of the Facebook-pixel we can understand the effectiveness of the Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes, by seeing if a user is forwarded to website after he clicked on our Facebook ad.

If they log in at Facebook after that or are already logged in the visit of our online offer will be noted in the profile. The data from you are anonym for us, so there are no relations to the identity of the user. But the data will be saved and processed from Facebook, so that a connection t the user profile is possible. The processing of the data by Facebook is made within the Facebook data use policy.
